Marlon and Juliette Segal , founders and directors of Paw Stars have shared a life-long passion for dogs. Proud fur parents and fuelled by their endless love for their beloved dog Harley who tragically passed away at 15 years old - they realised without doubt the tremendous joy and love these loyal companions bring to us and other people's lives.

Filled with a terrible void we often found ourselves discussing our dream of turning our deep love for dogs into a meaningful business and creating a meaningful legacy for Harley.

Driven by our passion, determination and Marlon’s entrepreneurial expertise as the owner of Mr Delivery for 20 years - we decided to embark on this exciting business journey.

We spent countless hours researching the latest grooming techniques, attending grooming conferences, and even shadowing experienced groomers to learn the art and science behind it all. We quickly knew that to offer a premium service, we needed to be at the forefront of the industry.

After months of preparation and planning, we successfully found the perfect locations for our grooming salons. Cosy spaces with large windows that flood the rooms with natural light, creating a calming, tranquil and inviting atmosphere.

We have ensured to invest in state-of-the-art grooming equipment, luxurious bathing stations, and comfortable waiting areas for both dogs and their owners. But what truly sets us apart as a premium dog grooming company is our unwavering commitment to personalised care.

We truly understand that each dog is unique and has different needs. So we take the time really get to know our dogs and their owners, listening attentively to their concerns and preferences. And as such, we offer customised grooming tailored to each dog's breed, coat type, and individual requirements.
